What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your vault is fully preserved. Items over the free tier limit become temporarily inaccessible but are never deleted. Re-upgrade to restore access instantly.
Is the 14-day trial free?
Yes. No credit card required to start, but you'll need to add one to continue after the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged.
How does the Family plan work?
You create a family organization, invite up to 5 additional members, and everyone gets full Pro features under one subscription. Members manage their own separate encrypted vaults.
What's included in Business vs Pro?
Business adds SSO/SAML, audit log export, admin dashboard, role-based access control, and custom security policies. If you don't need those, Pro is usually sufficient.
Do you offer discounts for students or non-profits?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Rotorra never stores or sees your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
